The story of Pastor Ray began as a story of destiny demanding to be fulfilled. Raised in a God-fearing family, living next door to the church his father pastored, he had no choice or excuse but to be in church every Sunday. Thus a strong foundation was being laid for the plan, purpose and direction his life was to take. This training played a crucial part in his life and development.
Pastor Ray lost both his parents at a very early tender age. Things were not easy, but Pastor Ray was able to capture a picture or vision for his life. As a young man growing up, he came to know and understand the value of work, focus, discipline, and commitment to a goal for achievement.
During his high school years he became a celebrated basketball and football athlete. He went on to play collegiate football at Temple University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree.
From there Pastor Ray went on to Graduate School at Oral Roberts University, where he became involved in the Youth Ministry. Upon returning to Philadelphia, he became the Youth Pastor for one of the largest, fastest growing churches in the city.
The foundation of his early life played a critical role for the call and Commission that God had placed on his life: to teach the Word of Faith and to Create a People Who Could Not Be Destroyed. He and his wife, Pastor Tracey started Impacting Your World Christian Center, from their home, with eleven people, chairs borrowed from the YMCA, a 2 channel sound board along with their home stereo system..
Today Pastors’ Ray and Tracey pastor a thriving church on ten acres in Cherry Hill, NJ committed to preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom beyond the church walls and into the homes and hearts of people around the world
Pastors Ray and Tracey celebrated 30 years of marriage this past February of 2019. They are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter, Rayna Elise, who is the joy and delight of her parents. Not only are they partners in marriage they are also partners n ministry, pastoring one of the fasting growing Word of Faith Churches in the region. Through the leadership of the Holy Spirit they are Creating People Who Cannot Be Destroyed
Pastor Tracey, as she is affectionately and lovingly known as, is Senior Pastor and Founder along with her husband Pastor Ray.
Filled with a passion for propelling mankind to be the best they can be, Pastor Tracey warms hearts and opens eyes to God’s destiny. She is a peaceful and powerful woman of God who takes her responsibilities of being a submissive wife and nurturing mother seriously.
Pastor Tracey is the renown author of , Successful Parenting: Raising Champion Children to Take Dominion on the Earth. Her book will help you to produce a “champion you,” so that you can reproduce “champion children” in the earth. Pastor Tracey has demonstrated through her own walk with God that our children are mighty seeds on the earth.
We as parents have a responsibility to God and to our children to develop them to be the best that they can be–mighty seeds on the earth–ruling with authority and taking dominion on the Earth, achieving all that God has for them to achieve in every area of their lives.
